GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The company Adrenalin park Bovec d.o.o., Mala vas 120, 5230 Bovec (hereinafter referred to as the provider, accepts the following general terms and conditions of business. These conditions must be respected by all who cooperate with us or are participants in the activities offered by our company.

Article 1

Participants in the activities are expected to be mentally and physically healthy, in proper physical condition, and not under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.

Article 2

Restrictions on participation in activities:
– minimum number of participants: 4 persons,
– children up to 30 kg participate in the activities accompanied by a guide
– maximum allowed weight 120 kg and good physical fitness (the activity is located in the high mountains and requires approximately half an hour of walking in the mountainous terrain from the participants).

Article 3

The provider advises against participation in sports activities for pregnant women and persons with health problems or injuries. All those who have any problems with asthma, allergies, or other health problems (including old injuries) must inform the provider about it before the start of the excursion.

Article 4

The organized sports activity takes place from the arrival of the guests at the gathering place, until the end of the excursion, that is, the return to the same (gathering) place. The provider is not responsible for injuries occurring outside the course of the excursion.

Article 5

The provider reserves the right to cancel or interrupt an already started activity at any time in case of bad weather or other extraordinary circumstances. In this case, the participant in the activity is entitled to a partial refund of the reservation costs, as determined by the provider.

Article 6

In the event of cancellation of the activity by the guest, after already receiving the mandatory equipment for the sports activity, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the reservation costs. Likewise, the participant in the activity is not entitled to a refund of costs in the event of a shorter excursion or interruption of the activity, the reason for which is the poor physical fitness of the individual or the established presence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.

Article 7

The participant in the activity is expected to consistently follow the guide’s instructions during the entire activity. The participant must be aware that disregarding the guide’s instructions during the activity can be extremely dangerous for them and for the whole group. In case of violations or non-compliance with the instructions, the guide can interrupt the activity at any time. In this case, the participants are not entitled to a refund of the paid reservation.

Article 8

Any injuries sustained by the participants during the excursion must be reported to the responsible person of the provider no later than the end of the activity. The injured person (or their co-participant in the activity) and the representative of the provider together fill out an accident report, which the injured person (or their co-participant in the activity) is obliged to sign by hand. The provider or its staff provides the injured person with appropriate first aid or directs them to a health facility. The provider will not consider any injuries that were reported afterward or for which no accident report was filled out.

Article 9

The provider reserves the right to collect photo and video material during its activities. All participants in the activities agree to the collection and storage of this data and allow the use of visual and video material for the promotional purposes of the provider. Photographs and video recordings made by the provider are the property of the provider.

If the participant in the activity does not agree with the collection of photo and video material, they should inform the provider in writing before participating in the selected activity.

Article 10

The provider assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items of the participants.

Article 11

The provider reserves the right to charge for any damage, theft or loss of equipment, props and other items damaged by the participant during the activity. The amount is determined by the provider’s representative.

Article 12

Participants in the activities must have appropriate insurance in order. We recommend adequate travel insurance that covers emergency medical assistance, bodily injuries, assistance with return to the home country, etc.

Article 13

Participants in the activities are aware of the risks that each activity presents and nonetheless participate entirely voluntarily and at their own risk. The risks include injuries, illness, and death. Participants agree that the provider and its personnel are not liable for any potential damage to property, or injuries, illness or death of the activity participants. The provider is also not responsible for any compensation that may arise for any reason.

Article 14

The provider publishes the prices of services in the price list, which is published on the website or on the provider’s premises. The price represents the amount paid by each participant for a specific service. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The provider reserves the right to change prices.

Article 15

The paid deposit to confirm the reservation is final and non-refundable.

Article 16

The provider independently offers the zipline activity. Other activities in the offer are provided by the provider in cooperation with other operators.

Article 17

The provider reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.

Article 18

The provider protects all personal data of the participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Article 19

For every guest who in any way cooperates with the provider or participates in an activity, it is considered that they have read, understood and fully agree with the General Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES

We consider changes to reservations up to 24 hours before the trip. After that, changes in the number of people will not be considered and will be fully charged. Participants who do not attend the activity on the agreed date and time (no show) are not entitled to a refund.
